After the completion of the Xingyun Lake Plateau Water Sports Center, it will be mainly used as a kayaking training base with the ability to undertake
international kayaking and other individual water events. It is usually used as a training base for the Yuxi kayaking team competitionand can undertake
national teams and sister cities The intensive training of sports teams will build a national kayaking winter training base, and provide personalized
services for the organization of international, national, and provincial events such as the Chinese Dragon Boat Race and the Kayak Invitational.
The total investment of the project is about 9 million yuan. The construction content includes two parts: water area and land area. The water area covers
an area of about 234,000 square meters, including 9 competition lanes with a length of 2,000 meters, a starting tower, a finishing tower, a timing pavilion,
and a clearing pavilion. , Base waterway system and other event facilities; the land area covers an area of about 3,200 square meters, including boathouses,
temporary supporting rooms, equipment rooms, etc. and surrounding roads, greening, lighting, parking spaces

The completion of the Xingyun Lake Plateau Water Sports Center will greatly improve the training conditions of the kayaking and rowing venues in Yuxi City,
